Functions and Duties:

To fix the complaint box for receiving complaints from women employees/students at some conspicuous part of the Institute building and open the said box weekly.
To entertain complaints made by women staff members/ female students.
To protect women employees at work place.
To ensure safe and healthy working environment for women employees.
To ensure the welfare of women employees.
To ensure hygienic working environment for women employees.
To protect the women employees /students from sexual and any other kind of harassment.
